The E211ATF is a dual trinary driver manufactured in awide voltage CMOS process. The E211ATF is designed for automatictest equipment and instrumentation where cost, functionaldensity, and power are all at a premium. The E211ATF is capable of generating 3 levels -one for a logic high, one for a logic low, and one for eithera termination voltage or a special programming voltage. Applications are Low Cost Automated Test Equipment.
